We’re just a few days into April and Spring Fever has hit my house hard. The longer and warmer days have given me more energy and one of my favorite ways to use that energy is Spring Cleaning. Now, don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot of activities that I usually would rather do than clean, but there’s just something about Spring Cleaning that makes me feel renewed!
Before I became a work at home Mom, I often thought that homes where the Mom didn’t work away from the house had to be the cleanest houses on the block. Obviously that was quite the generalization because it just isn’t true for our house! I quickly realized that homes where the Mom stays home also usually means these same homes are those where kids are home the most… and able to make a mess ALL DAY LONG rather than just the last few hours of the day!
Although I have great intentions of cleaning a different room every day, it doesn’t always happen, which is why I get so much satisfaction from a good deep clean like Spring Cleaning. In addition to just cleaning, it’s also a great time to go through play rooms, bedrooms, and closets and box up the toys and clothes that aren’t getting as much love. It’s also a great time to clean out the office and garage of the piles of “stuff” that seems to accumulate during the cold months.
Whether your Spring Cleaning is happening at home or work… or both as in my case, Sam’s Club and SamsClub.com is your one-stop destination for all of this year’s cleaning supplies. I absolutely love buying in bulk because not only does it usually save me money, but it’s a great way to cut down on extra waste, and use less gas on more frequent shopping trips. Speaking of great deals, by being a Sam’s Club member, not only do I get access to my favorite products in bulk, but I save even more! I love that having a membership actually saves me money. No matter if your Spring Cleaning starts with tackling the kitchen sink or the guest bathroom, you can Stock Up on all your favorite cleaning products at great prices at Sam’s Club. Some of the products that I like to stock my Spring Cleaning tote with are Center Pull Paper Towel Rolls.
These are not only the perfect paper towels to have in the garage, but they are also great for cleaning in the bathroom. When I’m tackling our bathroom and kitchen floors, the Dual-Action Microfiber Flip Mop with Extra Refill is another great tool to have ready from my tote.
One of hubby’s favorite Spring Cleaning products is Lysol Disinfectant Spray, Crisp Linen Scent.
I’m quite a fan of the Lysol Professional Disinfecting Wipes because they make cleaning up spills so easy and I know they’re disinfecting at the same time.
