This past week I received a shipment from YumEarth full of their organic Easter candy to share with you through a review. My whole family has been a fan of YumEarth organic candy for years and if you’ve ever tried their treats, I’m sure your family is too! Their candies are certified USDA Organic, nut and gluten free, made with no artificial dyes or chemicals, and contain no high fructose corn syrup. You can find YumEarth ogranic candy by shopping online at YummyEarth.com, on Amazon.com or locally as YumEarth is in over 7,000 Walgreens locations!
Since it’s so close to Spring, I couldn’t help but think of a fun way to treat the girls with the candy!
I remember the first time I had a surprise cupcake. It’s been a few years ago and a family member had brought chocolate peanut butter cupcakes to a party. When I bit into it, there was a peanut butter cup inside! I remember pondering how in the world she baked those with the candy inside. Of course, now I know she didn’t, but I was completely surprised when I first bit into that cupcake!
These fun Spring Surprise Cupcakes were super easy, once I found the perfect tool to cut a bit of the cupcake out. My Dad suggested I try a round drill bit, usually used for making uniform holes in wood, but this time it worked perfectly in my baking adventure!
You can fill your Surprise Cupcakes with any fun candy or sprinkles, but my girls are going to be ecstatic when they find YumEarth Organic Gummy Bears and YumEarth Organic Sour Beans inside their cupcakes!
These cupcakes are a total surprise because there’s no hint at what candy will be hiding inside once you cover them with your icing.
What kind of YumEarth organic candy would your kiddos love to find inside these Spring Surprise Cupcakes?
