Do you like making your own products to use around your home? I do and always have. I started making my own products for two reasons – to save money and to know exactly what was in the products my family used.
While I still like making different household products, like cleaning supplies and the occasional personal care products like hand soap and lotions, but some personal care products are just better left to the professionals. And by professionals, I don’t mean products with too many unnecessary and un-clean ingredients.

Meet Sauce Beauty. Yes, the name sounds like it might be a salad dressing rather than a shampoo and yes, even the bottle looks pretty enough to be on your kitchen counter rather than hidden away in your shower, but don’t let fool you – the secret to great hair is in the sauce!
Sauce Hair was created and founded by Andy Rah [read more about him and his inspiration here] as a haircare line for foodies. Those of us that love creating our own personal care recipes, know what products and even foods are good for our hair and skin. Sauce does this in a much more convenient way – and I’m here for it!

So far I am loving the 4 Sauce Beauty products I have tried. They make my hair feel super smooth and moisturized, without weighing it down which I sometimes get with hair products.

Sauce products are clean and free from sulfates, salt, and parabens. They smell truly fantastic – my girls swiped the Island Marinade Shampoo from me as soon as they smelled it. And they’ve asked to play spa so they can enjoy a deep moisture hair mask [guacamole whip – ah!] too!

The girls’ hair tends to get so dry, especially after a weekend away when they’ve been swimming in a pool. This hair mask has worked wonderfully on both of them – making their hair super shiny and soft for days after using it.
Sauce Beauty hair care products really feel like a luxury, upscale line at a lower price point than others. You can find them online at Amazon and also in stores at Sally Beauty and Wegmans.

How have I never heard of this brand before?! Their branding is genius, and the products sound lovely too! I really like the sound of the Deep Moisture Mask. My hair needs all the help it can get right now xx
