This heart healthy Rainbow Green Smoothie Bowl is a whole new way to enjoy a green smoothie. This smoothie bowl contains a blend of banana, kale, and mango with yogurt and just a splash of almond milk and topped with a rainbow of fresh fruits, including blueberries, mango, pineapple, and strawberries, plus almonds and chia seeds.
These organic chia seeds are my absolute favorite! It can be enjoyed as a delicious breakfast smoothie or even a healthy snack.
Do you drink a green smoothie in the morning? If you don’t, you definitely should try to start. I admit that I don’t make one every morning, but I can definitely tell when I do! I love that I can whip one up relatively fast in my Ninja Blender and drink it straight from the single serve cup.
But lately I’ve noticed a trend to pour smoothies straight into a bowl. I’ve tried it a few times and LOVE the variety of enjoying my green smoothie in a different way.
Of course, even though this green smoothie is loaded with delicious mango, kale and banana, it can get a little boring on it’s own after awhile. But how can you resist it with a rainbow of fruit atop?! Even Moreaya can’t resist a bite when I present it like this!
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Kale
- 1 cup Mango
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- Splash of Almond Milk
- Chia seeds, Almonds, Pineapple, Strawberries, Mango, Blueberries
- Combine the Banana, Kale, Mango and Yogurt in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with Chia seeds, Almonds, Pineapple, Strawberries, Mango, and Blueberries.
- Serve immediately.
