Quick and Easy Bundt Banana Bread
When it comes to cooking for my family, I really enjoy the activity, but not so much the prep and clean up. I also like a recipe that it’s simple and uses ingredients that I already have in my cabinets and that can use produce before it goes bad.
This Banana Bread recipe does just that and I thought I would share it with you all! I’m hoping to start sharing some of my favorite recipes that we make again and again in our house so you can enjoy them too. Best of all, most are quick and easy… and delicious!
Quick & Easy Bundt Banana Bread
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Box of Yellow Cake Mix
- 3-4 Ripe Bananas
- Handful of Chopped Pecans {optional}
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil {or substitute}
My Banana Bread always turned out kind of dry until I learned the secret of using the Yellow Cake Mix. Sure, it makes it a little sweet, but oh so moist and delish!
While your oven is pre-heating at 350, mix all of your ingredients together.
I really like using a Bundt pan for this bread because it breaks it up a bit and makes it not so heavy than if you used a loaf pan.
It’s only a quick cooking time of about 30 minutes {you’ll definitely need to adjust your time depending on type of pan, altitude, and oven} for this deliciousness!
I simply pull it out when it’s nice and golden and a fork inserted comes out clean!
Cool for, well, as long as you can resist cutting into the Banana Bread!
Because of it’s sweetness, I LOVE to serve it like a coffee cake with a strong cup in the mornings! The girls enjoy it too – sans coffee – and a pan will usually only last us a few days!
