Help encourage children to donate toys that they no longer use with a note from their elf. This Printable Elf on the Shelf Toy Donation Letter helps kids realize the importance of donating to kids who are less fortunate than them.
It always seems like we have so much stuff around the Holidays. And when kids are making Christmas lists, which is so fun and exciting, it can seem like there’s no more room for it all.
I always like to purge around the holiday season, especially in my kids’ rooms. They accumulate so much throughout the year and to think about adding more just seems overwhelming. But, sometimes they aren’t quite as excited about that activity as I am.
That’s why I started enlisting the help of our scout elf, Criddle. Criddle is our Elf that my kids just adore. She comes every year and does all her elf activities. Although, I do admit, we are pretty lazy with our Elf on the Shelf ideas. But they love her anyways!
This Elf Toy Donation Letter request is short and to the point and equates donating some of their toys to the same joy that Santa feels when he gives presents. My girls happily filled our box which we took to our nearest shelter for kids who might not have many toys otherwise, this holiday season.
All you need for this Elf on the Shelf activity is:
- Elf on the Shelf Printable Toy Donation Letter
