Current trends and studies show that fewer and fewer Americans are eating a regular breakfast. We all know that research shows [and our own bodies tell us] that eating a nutritious breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day… so why do so many of us skip it?
There’s a couple main reasons why I often forego this important meal… time and well, time! Not only do I sometimes feel like it takes too much time to sit down and eat, I don’t feel like I have the time [or energy!] to actually prepare breakfast for myself.
I’m too busy getting hubby out the door to work and Sophia ready for Preschool. The thing that worries me most is that it’s only going to keep getting harder as this Fall I’ll have a Preschooler and a Kindergartner!
It is totally in my head that I don’t have time because preparing a fulfilling breakfast takes just as much time as filling a bowl with cereal and pouring yourself a glass of delicious Florida Orange Juice.
It really is one of the most simple, easy ways you can choose to fuel your day and your body and mind will totally thank you for taking those few minutes for yourself to start your day the right way – with Cheerios and 100% Florida orange juice!
An 8 oz glass of 100% Florida orange juice gives you 100% vitamin C to help you maintain a healthy immune system. In addition to the Vitamin C, it provides a good source of potassium for heart health, the B vitamins thiamin and folate.
Not to leave out the yummy, wholesome goodness from those popular little “o’s”… Cheerios are made from whole-grain oats and without artificial flavors or colors.

I learned 1 ¼ cup Cheerios Protein + ½ cup Skim Milk = 11 grams of protein. I like it with 2% milk and sliced bananas
