Mineral Makeup from Mia Mariu

I admit, since I found Mineral Makeup I’ve not used any other kind of makeup. It took me awhile to find it, but I did and I won’t turn back. Although, I’ve been using a loose powder mineral makeup and honestly thought that was the only kind there was. 

Guess what? I was wrong!

Mía Mariú is a social selling company, meaning you buy their products through their Consultants, and you can also purchase directly online. I love the idea of using consultants – not only is the company helping to provide their employees with work at home job opportunities, but I take a lot out of the experience when I can meet with someone one on one to discuss my skin tone needs! Sometimes it’s so hard to see yourself in a different light.

In the Mía Mariú line, there are a ton of different options including Healthy Nutrition, Botanical Skin Care, and Mineral Makeup. Like I said, I am a firm believer in mineral makeup – it does so well on my skin and I’ve had considerably less skin irritations since using it.

When I received the Uniquely You Touch Up Kit from Mía Mariú, I was surprised to see a pressed powder. Like I said, I had no idea {where have I been!?}.

The Uniquely You Touch Up Kit is designed to go with you anywhere. It’s perfect for a professional woman on the go, as well as a busy Mom. I love that everything is in one compact so it travels neat and tidy in your makeup OR diaper bag!

The Kit contains: Magic Satin Powder, Eyeshadows – Sexy, Flirty, and Savvy, and the Blushing Blush.  I have found that all of the colors go on lighter than they appear in the Kit which is good – it’s a subtle look and the Magic Satin Powder can be applied right on top of makeup that you already may be wearing – it’s a great Touch Up!

I would like to see a brush or pad to be able to apply the makeups within the kit, but that would make it a bit more bulky, so you can use your fingers or take a long your own brushes. 

It would also be a nice feature to pick and choose colors in the Uniquely You Touch Up Kit. Then again, I tend to stick with the same neutral eyeshadows {brown and pink} so it’s nice to have something different and a bit more dramatic!
