Healthy Frozen Meals for Busy Moms from Good Food Made Simple

When you’re a busy Mom sometimes a microwave meal is all you have time to eat, but thanks to Good Food Made Simple, that microwave meal can be delicious, healthy frozen meals made with real, simple ingredients.

This is a sponsored post for which I’ve received free product and/or compensation, but the opinions are 100% my own.

I know I’m not the only busy Mom out there but when I’m in the middle of errands, checking my email, and running to 2 different school pick-ups all while trying to figure out what’s for dinner… I feel like I’m the only one! Sometimes it feels like all I do in a day is move from activity to activity never taking the time to just sit. And it usually is like that, not just an illusion.

Meal times are definitely busy times. It starts out with breakfast and while the girls are eating breakfast I would love to join in, but I’m packing lunches for school. I usually do good to grab a meal bar to eat while doing drop-offs. That means I’m starving by lunch and it’s the worst time of day for me to be tempted to eat not so healthy foods.

That is until I stocked my freezer with healthy frozen meals from Good Food Made Simple. I was extremely excited to try all 3 meals, but that Hatch Chile Mac had my name written all over it from day one. And it did not disappoint.

These are not the frozen meals that just look delicious on the box. We’re all tired of those, right? These healthy frozen meals are full of organic and simple ingredients, humanely raised meats, and flavors that can get us Moms excited about eating lunch again.

Reading labels is something I’ve trained myself to do after going on a journey to live a healthier, more eco-friendly lifestyle and the back of Good Food Made Simple boxes is just that… simple.  You know exactly what is and isn’t in these clean eating, chef crafted meals.

While they’re delicious, I think the most amazing thing is that I can have a lunch in literally 3 minutes that tastes like a meal that took a lot longer than that. If you love spicy foods, you’re going to love all of the Good Food Made Simple meals that I’ve tried so far. I do like spicy flavors, but I’d love to find a few different ones with a little less heat for some days.
