This Gingerbread Smoothie is the perfect way to celebrate the Holidays – with classic gingerbread taste and a ginger snap cookie crunchy topping!

Christmas is in the air… can you feel it?! We went out this weekend and bought a real tree for our family room and have been busy baking Christmas goodies too.
I think one of my favorite things about Christmas is definitely the smells of the Holiday. What comes to mind when you think of Christmas scents? I always think of fresh pine, sweet cookies baking, and cinnamon and gingerbread!

I recently got a major upgrade in my kitchen to help with preparing all the Christmas goodies and I went straight for those Christmas scents when it came to using my new Ninja® Intelli-Sense™ Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer™.
This kitchen appliance has taken place of two of my former appliances and I think it will continue to replace others as I learn just what all it can do!
The girls and I are all about smoothies lately so I decided to make a Christmas-y smoothie for us to enjoy. The Ninja Intelli-Sense Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer is a kitchen appliance that will serve as your blender, food processor, auto-spiralizer, and much much more!
It has 12 Smart Programs that are coupled with Ninja’s Smart Vessel Recognition Technology that delivers optimal results every time. I don’t know about you, but when I’m making a smoothie I often wonder how much I should pulse, how long it will take to mix everything up… this Ninja does it all for you in a snap!

To make this Gingerbread Smoothie, I first used the food processor vessel to chop gingersnap cookies. It was fast, easy, and definitely intuitive with the touchscreen. Once I put the vessel on, the smart programs lit up and I chose “chop” and the machine did all the work for me!

You have two options for smoothies with the Ninja Intelli-Sense Kitchen System with Auto-Spiralizer. It comes with a 72 oz. Total Crushing® Blender and a 24 oz. Single-Serve Cup.
I find that the single-serve cup is plenty big enough for a couple of smoothies and I love that it comes with a flip top lid so you can grab your smoothie off the machine and head out the door in a pinch!

Of course, the Gingerbread Smoothie is delicious on it’s own, but when you add those yummy chopped ginger snap cookies on top, you get the best of both Christmas smoothie worlds!
