Fluffy Friday: Little Comfort USA Bambee Bamboo OS Fitted Cloth Diaper

Fitted Cloth DiaperLittle Comfort was a brand of cloth diapers that, until recently wasn’t available in the US.  Now, thanks to Green Team Enterprises Distribution – we get to enjoy them too, here in the USA!

The fitted cloth diaper I’m sharing with you today has very quickly became the first fitted that I reach for at nighttime or as soon as it’s clean.  It works really well on Moreaya and has proven itself.  I can use the 2 snap-in boosters that come with it and have no leaks {paired with a wool cover, of course} even at nighttime!

The Little Comfort USA Bambee is a Fitted Diaper made with a bamboo material.  This means that it did require extra prepping.  {Heads up – I’ll be talking all about Prepping Cloth Diapers with Natural Fibers next Fluffy Friday}.  I’m not sure if it’s just me, but natural fibers like this always look a bit more dingy after they’ve been prepped and used a few times – plus it’s not infused with bleached materials so not quite as clean and crisp, but definitely softer.  I think this diaper gets softer every time I wash it!

Some of my favorite features of this Fitted are:

  • It’s a One-Size.  There aren’t many OS fitted cloth diapers on the market and Little Comfort USA did this one right.  The smallest setting is supposed to fit up to 20lbs, but I see it fitting a bit longer as Moreaya fits comfortably in the smallest setting and she’s about 19lbs now.
  • It comes with 2 snap-in soakers, doubling its absorbency.  You can use both, one, or none AND they won’t slide around since they can be snapped onto each other and the diaper.
  • I love, love, love the fact that the inside of the diaper and the boosters are topped with a microfleece material.  This wicks away moisture and makes your baby not feel as wet.  I usually use a fleece liner in Moreaya’s nighttime diapers for this reason, but with this one, I don’t have to!

The only thing that I would like to see in this fitted is a few more crossover snaps.  I literally put it on Moreaya at the smallest setting and crossover, so I’m thinking to get a good fit on smaller babies would be easier with more snaps.  Otherwise, this diaper is the perfect fitted!  Yep, I said it.

Buy It:  Because the Little Comfort Bambee Bamboo OS Fitted Cloth Diaper is so new to the US, you might have a bit of a time finding one.  Check out the Green Team Enterprises’ website for Retailers.  I found it through one retailer for $19.95 – AMAZING price for a OS fitted!

  4. I want a fitted diaper really bad and it just isn't in the budget right now! This one sounds great! I need a good overnight option, as my dear son keeps leaking at night - and I'm thinking that a fitted with a wool cover might do the trick! *Fingers crossed*
    1. Arielle - It WILL do the trick. The only combo that keeps my daughter dry all night. I'm planning to post a video tutorial of how to use wool soon - stay tuned! :)
