This post sharing our favorite shoes for girls was inspired by See Kai Run’s adorable shoes that we received at no cost to facilitate this review. All overly adorable opinions are our own.
If there’s one thing that my girls are quite obsessed with, other than Shopkins, it’s shoes. Moreaya can be known to change her clothes at least a couple times a day and change her shoes at least 4 times a day. At first, I thought the fact that she always wanted to pick out her outfits and shoes was a control thing for her. But now? I think she’s just a little fashionista!
Sophia has never made a fuss about outfits that I pick out for her for school, but this little gal… well, if it doesn’t have a skirt, some sort of glitter, and a cute pair of shoes involved, she’s not wearing it. I’ve learned to pick my battles and realize that Preschool teachers have probably seen it all, so if this little girl wants to let her personality shine by choosing clothes that are as bright as she is, then I say go for it!
To top it off, or actually to round it out at the bottom I should say, are the adorable pink Camila sandals that we chose from the amazing choices of shoes for girls at SeeKaiRun.com. I chose those sandals for one, because they’re an adorable shade of pink, and for another because they’re close toed so it keeps Moreaya from stretching her toes over the end like she does in all her other sandals!
When I’m picking shoes for girls, especially my girls, I know I need a shoe that can easily transition from an adorable addition to an outfit to a shoe that can hang on the playground. I’ve been so happy with our choices as have the girls because they continue to ask to wear them every day… even in this cold spell we’ve been having in Tennessee!
I do believe that Miss Sophia is going to have a bit more of a classic style. She already proclaims silver and gold [sorry future boyfriends!] as her favorite colors so when I spotted the Keli style in the shoes for girls category, I picked it for her immediately.
She couldn’t wait to model her new shoes! We’ve all 3 been very happy with the shoe choices and I have found that the sizing is very true to size for both girls. After a few weeks of wear, they still look brand new, which leads me to believe we’ve definitely found a new favorite place to shop!
