Sophia started preschool this week! Ah! I still can’t believe she’s old enough to be going to preschool. It also marked our beginning of real bento-ing.
I had been making her “special” meals and snacks randomly, but now it’s time to really jump into the bento fun!
She’ll be going to preschool twice a week and taking her lunch on both days. As I was packing her first lunch the other night, I began fretting a bit about all of the cute picks and resuable silicone cups that we have in our stash…
How would her teacher know that most are reusable?
How could I politely let her know to be sure to not throw them away!?
So I came up with a cute, little note idea. Then, I thought… Why not make it super cute?
And just in case any of you who are packing adorable bento lunches and snacks for your kiddos are worrying about losing any of your precious bento stash, I’ve put them in printable form so feel free to print and pack in your child’s lunch box!
I plan to pin one to the back of her lunch box so I won’t be placing it in every morning, but it’ll still be visible as a cute reminder for her teacher!
