If I’m being honest, my kids have always been on their best behavior in December. I never really used our Elf on the Shelf to threaten them to be good – or even Santa – but I guess that classic Christmas song did it’s job well enough.

In this free printable, I’ve included 3 different Elf On Strike signs for you to use. I’ve also included a small printable note to explain what a strike is – especially if you plan to use this for younger kids.
Plus, one thing about an Elf on Strike is… they don’t move at night! They’re refusing to move until things and attitudes change. Just something to keep in your back pocket, parents!
And if you’re using for older kids? I’d suggest adding a little note about WiFi password being changed by the Elf on Strike too! I did this and had our elf sitting by the internet router and it definitely made for a much nicer day of attitudes!
