If Chinese food is one of your favorite cuisines, you don’t have to grab take out to enjoy easy meals at home. Check out this easy and comforting at-home Chinese inspired meal that comes together in under 30 minutes!

Chinese food has always been a comfort food for me. Although that might sound a little funny coming out of the mouth of an East Tennessee girl that also considers chicken and dumplings as a comfort food! But it has – when I feel like I’m getting sick, I crave Chinese food. When it’s cold outside, all I want is a plate full of rice and veggies.

Thankfully my family loves it as much as I do, so at-home Chinese food is on our menu very regularly. While I love to eat take out [and love the break from cooking every now and then], making our favorite Asian-inspired dishes is actually easy and only takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish!

Did you know that we’re just a week away from Chinese New Year? Even though the holiday is officially celebrated on February 5th, I thought it was the perfect time to talk about some Asian traditions with my girls and celebrate with some of our favorites – fried rice, stir fry veggies, and Ling Ling Potstickers.

This is a meal that I make at least every couple of weeks because it’s delicious and a family favorite, but it’s also just super easy. The reason is because I often incorporate great, frozen options like these Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers from Ling Ling. I was first introduced to the brand a year ago with their frozen entrees and since then, the brand has been a staple in our freezer.

My whole family has been loving the authentic taste and crispiness of the Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers and I love the fact that they are ready in under 10 minutes and cook in only 1 pan!

Some Chinese dumplings are steamed only, but as per the recommended cooking directions on the back of the bag, you boil these in just a bit of water, then fry in the same pan, until the water evaporates to get that nice golden, crispy taste.

These Potstickers also make a great option for me for lunch, since they cook so quickly and are very filling. I also love that the bag is resealable and that they come with their own signature dipping sauce!

The dumplings are made with high quality, clean ingredients like freshly sourced vegetables and proteins, and are a great choice for any meal of the day – alone or with your other favorite Chinese-inspired sides.

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese cuisine without having to order take-out and without having to spend an hour in the kitchen, you’ll definitely want to pick up a bag [or two] of Ling Ling Potstickers! You can find them in your local grocery store in the frozen section.
