Even though my girls are getting older, I’m often reminded of just how little their legs still are. Whether we’re taking off for a stroll around the neighborhood or a day of walking around Dollywood, I often hear “I’m tired! Carry me!” before we’ve even really began.
That’s why we still have to take along a stroller – sometimes a single, sometimes a double – but no matter what we bring along we always seem to not have room for it all.
I am a Step2 Ambassador and am partnering with Step2 for the following review. I received a product in exchange for my review and honest opinion. This post may contain affiliate links.
That’s until we met this little beauty… the Step2 Igloo® Wagon with Cooler™. Let me start out this post by saying I’ve never felt the wagon love. I would see parents tugging along kids behind them in wagons at theme parks and I never got it.
Wagons [to me at that time] looked big, heavy, cumbersome. I didn’t understand them… until now!
I’m really sad it’s taken me 3 years to find the wagon love, but super happy that it was definitely with the coolest wagon in town… literally!
This Step2 Wagon is like one you’ve never seen and is definitely the reason why there are plenty of times I wish I’d had it… actually 8 in particular!
Dollywood
Now we love us some Dollywood and we definitely love walking all over the park. But the girls? Not so much.
Another thing we love is the delicious snacks and Southern foods to munch on, but something we don’t love? The prices of those drinks! Yikes!
Having the cooler right inside the wagon [tucked away nicely] would be a great way to save on some of those expenses.
As you see, the soft Igloo® Cooler™ sits right inside the wagon and the kiddos can ride on top, thanks to that nifty white seat cover.
Zoo
Same as Dollywood, but different scenery.
The girls love walking, but their little legs tire between the animals’ habitats. Simply packing a couple quick snacks and cold drinks would make a warm day at the Zoo a little easier on the wallet. Now if only I could figure out how to justify taking our Wagon into the movies… I kid I kid!
Soccer Field
Technically we haven’t been there yet, but Sophia starts soccer soon and I already know that having this Step2 Igloo Wagon with Cooler on the sidelines is definitely going to make me #TheCoolMom.
Neighborhood Stroll
A couple of weeks ago we went on a walk up a rather large hill to make dinner with some friends. Halfway up the hill, yes, I was wishing we had already assembled our wagon!
Tailgating
The wagon itself makes an amazing little tailgating station. I’m thinking the Wagon would look way cool sitting outside of Neyland Stadium decked out in UT Orange.
Ballet
As I’ve mentioned a few times in the past few weeks, our family will be moving soon and we’re actually moving into our town’s Historic Downtown area. We’ll be just a half mile away from all the historic buildings and town center and the girls’ ballet studio!
I’m thinking walking to ballet will be a great way for me to get some exercise and a great way for me to haul the little legs back home after they’ve done all the dancing they can handle!
Downtown Cruise-in’s, Parades, and More!
Along with walking to ballet class, we’ll be doing more walking downtown for our monthly Antique Car Cruise-Ins, Holiday Parades, Festivals, and so much more.
As I mentioned I used to think wagons looked heavy and hard to maneuver, but the Step2 Igloo® Wagon with Cooler™ is anything but… with 4 wheels that move in all directions, 2 cupholders, a removable sun canopy, a handle the easily folds under the wagon for storage and transport, it’s really the coolest of the cool.
Camping
Although I’ve had to tell hubby to NOT suggest our new Step2 wagon as the perfect fishing companion for his Dad… he’s right, it would be great for that too so I might just let him convince me to pick up a 2nd one for Father’s Day at Sam’s Club.
Until then, we’ll be using our Wagon in all these ways including camping trips this Summer.
The Step2 Igloo® Wagon with Cooler™ is really a great combination of 2 wonderful brands and is available to purchase at a variety of retailers including Amazon.
