‘Twas the night before (Sophie’s first) Christmas, when all through the house,
not a creature was stirring, but Sophia sure was!”
I decided that since my aunt had bought Sophia a very special book with the “Twas the Night Before Christmas” poem in it, that we would make it a new tradition to read every Christmas Eve after we open our pajamas (another tradition that Rob and I started when we got married), before we go to bed. What did she think about this tradition? Well, she’s good at staging photos, but as soon as I actually started reading, she cried through the whole story! Oh well, it’s a great story from her first Christmas that I’m sure Rob and I will remind her of every year (as she rolls her eyes)!
Sophia’s First Christmas Morning – She had a White Christmas!
She received so many toys from family and Santa and she has no clue what to do with any of them! A few were bought for the future, but she’s enjoyed them too.
My Mom and Dad got us rocking chairs for our front porch!!
Her favorite part of Christmas? The wrapping paper and tissue paper!!! She loved ripping the paper and when we were at my Mom’s she enjoyed tormenting Smokey!
And yes, I was right… Rob gave me a beautiful Pandora bracelet with my initials! I have plenty of room to add more charms! Yay!
What did he get?
An EasyLunchBox! Haha. But, he LOVED it!!! We counted the 1966 Bronco that we just bought as his present too, don’t feel too bad for him!
