Natural Skincare Products from Four Cow Farm

Four Cow Farm Review

Y’all know I like to try out new products, right?  I’m always on the search for products that make my life a little easier and green-er, so when Four Cow Farm approached me with the idea to review their products, at no charge to me, I graciously accepted.  After a few minutes looking around their site, well, how could I not?!

fourcowfarm

Four Cow Farm is a real farm named after our four bovine lodgers. Nestled amongst the lush farmland of the Blackall Range of S.E. Queensland, you can learn more about our farm, our ingredients and Nanna’s range of hand-crafted baby skincare here.

Although the products and the Four Cow Farm are located in Queensland, they have a U.S. online store that you can shop from any time – with orders over $49 shipping free and fast!  Now, I know you want to see the natural skincare products, right?  They all feature such lovely packaging that I just fell in love with them before I even opened them!

Four Cow Farms with Instructions

I was sent the Four Cow Farm Starter Kit which includes two jars – Tea Tree Remedy and Calendula Remedy.  It also includes 4, 125mL bottles of their Baby Wash, Baby Lotion, Nappy Cream, and Baby Oil.  In addition they sent me two of their newer products the Pohnpei Sponge and Calendula Oat & Chickweed Bath Soaks.

I loved all the information that I got within the package too.  Great advice and tips on how to care for sensitive skin with eczema.  I love when a company goes above and beyond for their customers and you can truly see the love in that’s put into these products.

Four Cow Farm Balms

I have found myself using the Tea Tree Remedy and Calendula Remedy balms the most – the Tea Tree has been fabulous on treating the ridiculous amounts of mosquito bites that are plaguing the 4 of us.  I’ve found great results with the Calendula Remedy on Sophia’s patches of eczema, especially the one that occurs right between her nose and mouth.  It’s such a sensitive area and the Calendula Remedy is perfect!

I passed the Baby Oil and Nappy Cream on to a friend with 3 little ones and she has been loving them.  The Baby Wash and Baby Lotion has been a great combination for the girls during these drying Summer days too!

Pohnpei Sponge

Now I have to rave about the products that I’ve been using – the Pohnpei Sponge!  I’ve been using it daily with my body washes and love it – it’s so soft and really makes me feel totally luxurious in those 2.5 minutes I have in the bathroom alone!

Grown in the pristine waters of Pohnpei Island Micronesia, known as the Emerald Isle of the Pacific, the Pohnpei Sponge is the only one of its kind in the world. Pohnpei Island’s crystal clear, coral fringed waters support a small community of farmers who farm these unique sponges by hand. The Sponge in this box has been hand-grown for two to three years before being carefully harvested, and cleansed without the use of harsh chemicals or dyes.

Chickweed Bath Soaks

Ok, I kinda lied.  Most days I really do only get about 2.5 minutes in the shower alone, but I’ve been making excuses to retreat to the bath tub and it’s all because of the Four Cow Farm Calendula Oat & Chickweed Bath Soaks.  This little sachets full of heavenly natural and organic goodness are my favorite way to pamper myself.  At a little over $21 for a bag of 5 soaks, they aren’t something I’m using every day, but when I need a treat, oh yes, they’re my choice!

The first time I used one, I got out of the tub and was amazed at how soft and smooth my legs felt.  Honestly, it was quite amazing.  I even told Sophia to feel of my legs and I kid you not, she said “Mom, your legs are so soft I could sleep on them like pillows!”  I’m sincerely hoping she was referring to the softness that the soaks caused and not fluffiness, but that’s another story!  I managed to get a slight sunburn at the beach and a soak in these made my skin feel totally rejuvenated – LOVE THEM!
