Although it's not the only way to keep track of getting fit, tracking my weight loss in pounds has been the ultimate way that I've been working towards my Fitness Goal. Before the EatSmart scale, we had a cheap scale that we purchased from a big box store about a year ago and it would literally read 2 pounds different even I stepped on the scale once right after the other. - Tracking and Precision. The scale can track weights for up to 8 users, recognizes that users by their weight, AND is spot on. I can step on and off as many times as I want, breathe out all my air, etc and my weight stays the same {goodbye cheap scale!}.
