101 Uses for aden+anais Swaddlers While Traveling #babytravels Grand Prize

Travelin’ With Baby is one week away and we’re still rolling out the Grand Prize Sponsors!

One thing that accompanies us everywhere we go is the girls’ aden+anais Swaddlers.  We used to really only use them for their intended purpose – as a Swaddling Blanket for Mroeaya when she was an infant and as a regular blanket for both girls.  The softness of them is kind of hard to believe – I’ve seen it said many times “I wish they made an Adult Size!” and I agree!

But I just happen to spy a question on the aden+anais Facebook Page one day about other uses for their Swaddlers and it really got me to thinking about other ways that we could use our swaddlers!

Use 78: As a Tummy Time Play Mat.

I actually learned my favorite use of our blankets from the list – as a baby towel!  It folds up a lot thinner than a regular baby towel, is super absorbent at drying Moreaya off {at the pool, beach, etc}, and then dries much more quickly than other towels!  Genius, I tell you!

Use 43: Baby Doll Blanket.

I was so excited to see the “b jeweled” collection in person.  The colors are so vibrant and fun!  I was a bit concerned that they might fade, but they haven’t one bit and they’ve been washed a lot.  Sophia is in love with the color blue, so she claimed the turquoise swaddler immediately!

So, although I might not have actually been able to come up with 101 uses for aden+anais Swaddlers – I do have some favorite ways to use them and I’d love for you to add to the list with me!

• nursing cover • changing mat • teething/chew toy • super hero cape • tummy time mat swaddle blanket • sun cover • stroller blanket • burp cloth • baby doll blanket portable crib sheet • sun visor shield • play mat building forts • crib blanket {warm in winter, cool in summer} • princess tent •

Buy It:  You can purchase aden+anais swaddlers at a variety of retailers, both online and in stores.  They are available on the aden+anais website and the 4 pack of classic swaddlers retail for $49.99.

  9. Susan L. M. says:

Towel is a great idea! I used mine yesterday as a window shield when I nursed in the car (parked, of course!). Then my toddler spilled a bottle of water all over my front seats and walked through it in muddy shoes (again, the car was parked :) ) and I used it to wipe up the mess!

  10. I love the red towel!!! I would be an awesome gift to my cousin who is just about to get a baby!!!

  1. […] price tag of this blanket may put off some, I’ll admit that I resisted purchasing aden+anais swaddlers for the longest time, even though I always heard rave reviews of them.  The same goes with this […]

  2. […] Dream Blanket {free for review} from aden+anais.  We have quite a few of the swaddle blankets {that have 101+ uses} and I invested in a couple of their crib sheets {please, oh please a+a make them in king size!} […]
