A Look at My Knife Skills with Chicago Cutlery DesignPro

Over the last couple of posts about my new Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Knives, I've shared with you how I prepare meals and how my knives have helped in the kitchen.  Today you get to see a video of them in action!

I hadn't had much experience with the DesignPro Scalloped Bread Knife that I was sent – so it was a great excuse to make some Banana Bread to go with my morning coffee.  I decided to spice it up a bit and made it in a Bundt pan and was so happy with the beautiful slices I cut…

As you'll hear me talk about in the video below, these knives are remarkable in the way they've helped me become more confident in my slicing and dicing abilities.  The DesignPro Knives are heavier than any knife I've used before, but it's weight actually aids in the way that the knife cuts.  They all feature a unique thumb grip/placement, which helps me feel more comfortable and not worry about the knife slipping when I'm using it.
