I’m ready for a Vacation!
Ok, so maybe it's only been a little over a month since we went on a mini-vacation to the Smokies, but I'm ready for another! I guess it's the impending arrival of Miss Moreaya and me thinking that I'll never be able to travel with 2 children. We just now got the traveling with 1 kid down pat and now we're getting ready to add another to the mix! Don't get me wrong, I'm super excited, but I'm a tad bit nervous... which has set in this need for adventure! So, since I'm 7 months pregnant, we probably won't be taking a cross-country trip, although I have heard that you can find some great cheap flights to Los Angeles. Fluffy Friday: Prepping Cloth Diapers & My Wash Routine
When prepping my inserts, I know to wash the microfiber and the hemp inserts separately, but can I dry them together (during prepping) or should I dry separately also? - Lolli I got a question, I got a question! Hadn't had one in awhile... Sorry, I got a bit excited! So, to answer your question Lolli... Um, well, there's no easy answer. The thing is, some people say that you can dry them together, some say you can't. I've even read some cloth experts say that you could even prep a few inserts with your regular cloth diaper laundry because the amount of natural oils is so small that it won't really effect your other diapers. I'm in a bit of a blogging funk. Just today, it'll past after today... I hope! Why? Because Sophia has decided that she is missing out on too much of the day, so she's been waking up at around 5:30 am everyday. Today, though, it was 4:20 a.m.! It makes for a very tired Mama and although I did manage to sneak in a nap with her today, I'm still feeling a bit fUnKy, so excuse me and I hope to be back to normal tomorrow! If you're like me, you might not know that October is National Eczema Awareness Month. I suppose it's a good thing that there is an awareness month for Eczema, otherwise I wouldn't really know what Eczema is. Pumpkin Patch Fun!
Sophia has been loving all of the pumpkins around. She loves to talk about "punkins" and when we started telling her about the Pumpkin Patch, she was super excited. We made it a family affair, taking a long my parents {Mamaw & Papaw} and her Great Aunt & Uncle. She had the best time and so did all of us! I secretly want to take her back... just to see all those smiles again! I shared a couple of pictures of me at the Pumpkin Patch on Wordless Wednesday, so now it's time to share the real star Patch... The Pumpkin Patch we visited already has all the pumpkins picked and relies more on their Corn Maze, Hayride, and educational activities and surroundings. It's a lot of fun!
