I used to read ALOT... about 6 months ago is when it all stopped! :) But when I did read, these were my favorites: Confessions of a Shopaholic Series by Sophie Kinsella (These are so fun!) Harry Potter series Son of a Preacher Man by Jay Bakker He's Just Not That Into You by Greg Behrendt Tuesdays With Morrie and Others by Mitch Albom Body Farm series by the Jefferson Bass duo. These are so neat! If you like CSI, you would love these. Dr. Bill Bass is the Forensic Anthropologist and Professor at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He teamed up with a writer and used his experiences to develop an awesome line of Fiction books. He is such an interesting man and I LOVE to hear him speak! I have so many favorite Television Shows. I am a TIVO junkie! My two absolute favorites are: The Office and Modern Family. I never miss an episode and am super upset that this is Steve Carrell's last season. I'm counting on Modern Family to continue to fill that void. Today is a day to remember to be thankful! I am thankful for: 1. My beautiful, little family... Sophia and Rob. I never thought I could be as happy as I am. I know my calling in life was to be Sophia's Mommy. 2. My Parents. They were wonderful Parents to me and even better Grandparents now. They love my daughter so much and are able to see her almost everyday! 3. My wonderful friends! 4. Join us in the challenge if you haven't already! Another day, another hard question! This time of the year always reminds me of my love for "Christmas Vacation" with the Griswald's! My family used to watch this movie every year as we pulled out our Christmas Tree and decorations. It was somewhat of a tradition, so that movie is definitely at the top of my list! Anytime it's on, I stop to watch it. But one of my recent favorites is, "Knocked Up". This is the first movie that I actually laughed so hard (out loud) that I thought I couldn't laugh anymore, in the theaters. I had never been to a movie like that. Does anyone else obsessively check their local Craigslist like I do? I just love it. It's like an Easter Egg Hunt and opening a Cracker Jack box all in one... you never know what you'll find and if it will be the BIG deal/prize of the day! I've been stalking CL for a week or so now looking for a highchair for Sophia. I decided to skip the highchair route and use the Bumbo first and then get a booster later. Sophie has other plans... She DESPISES her Bumbo. She is a 5 month old who can ALMOST get out of the Bumbo herself. She literally stiffens her body to stand up out of the thing! Hence, the need for a highchair!
